SUPPLY OF SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these service terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which we provide our service Helping Hands Program to you. The service is supplied by Cooperative Learning Institute Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Ireland (company registration no.630831) whose registered office is at 41, Marley Court, Rathfarnham, D.14.

These terms and conditions apply where you have chosen to purchase the Helping Hands Program from Cooperative Learning Institute Ltd via https://cooperation.ie.

NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Prices

Please note that the prices stated by us for the Helping Hands Program supplied are confirmed at the time of your order. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable where applicable. Prices are liable to change at any time, but price changes will not affect finalised orders.

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until payment has been received. Nothing that we say or do will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we have received payment. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Helping Hands Program to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the Helping Hands Program is paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse orders from schools, businesses or from individuals whom we consider are ordering the Helping Hands Program for purposes other than for the internal use by the purchasing entity.

Delivery

The delivery of the service consists of four components:

  • Onsite seminar
  • Training materials provided at onsite seminar
  • Access to the online course for one year
  • Access to the sociometric software instrument for one year

The provision of the service is conditional on receiving the correct address of the institution and agreeing a time and location for the onsite seminar.

If for any reason beyond the control of either party, a course needs to be cancelled or individual clients are unable to attend, we will gladly reschedule the course or individual attendees for alternative dates and / or locations. Refunds will not be available in these circumstances.

Payment

Payment for Helping Hands Program must be made in advance by credit or debit card. Your authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order, and you will be charged at the time when your order is confirmed. You can normally pay by Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro or Visa debit card. To the full extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant products.

Our promises to you

We value you as a client and we will use reasonable care and skill in delivering Helping Hands program to you.

Your promises to us

You understand that the Helping Hands Program constitutes a general introduction to bullying resolution and to creating a safe environment in schools and other bodies. It is, and remains, at all times the responsibility of the client to engage appropriate professional services where necessary in any instance of concern.

Neither this course as a whole, nor any part of this course should be construed as a professional counselling, psychological or psychiatric service. The Helping Hands Program does not accept liability for any actions by clients in relation to persons under their care or within their employ.

General

These Terms and Conditions are specific to each client and cannot be assigned or transferred; do not confer any rights to any third party; and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and any disputes will be decided only by the Irish Courts. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
